Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • With all labels and tags intact

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return or Exchange

⚠️ Important:
All returns and exchanges must be approved in advance via Email or WhatsApp.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your request is approved, we will arrange a driver and provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 2 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal care & beauty products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure about your item, please contact us before purchasing.

Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The request is made within 2 days of delivery

  • The item is unused and returned in its original packaging with all labels intact

🚚 Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • The original waybill must be included for the exchange to be processed

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective item

Once the item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed promptly.

Important Notes

  • Items received after 2 days will not be eligible for return or exchange

  • Items without the original waybill will not be accepted

  • Certain hygiene-related products may be non-returnable for safety reasons
